Firstly the app is amazing for being free. It looks and feels great and the built-in messaging inbox makes it easy to reply to chat and look at old messages. The support team is also very quick to respond and quickly helped me with my questions. Highly recommended for new stores.

So far so good. They're still working on integrations with social media and the iOS app but I like how many more customizations I can add here than in the Shopify Inbox app.
