it is a great app to increase conversions, it just really sucks to see they hide their pricing from their app within shopify. they only show it on here. Very sneaky for upcart to do this. For example i pay 30 dollars a month but saw some orders in Q4, after getting only 1000 orders they charged me $30 plus an extra $60 on top of that for "usage fees". Very sneaky and is quite wrong. The customer service said they try to be as transparent as possible about the pricing. But not having it anywhere on the app is the farthest thing from transparent. Save your hard earned money and try and find a better app. Your loyalty mean so much to us, we really appreciate it! We think our support team is pretty great too and works hard to respond quickly to all our merchants. We were experiencing a high volume of customers having issues with their mobile and Ipad purchases because of a Chrome update preventing changes in qtys and not adding upsells. I had originally written a 1-star review because something on my invoice did not add up and I thought UpCart was charging a percentage of my sales. Their team reached out to me and patiently explained to me their pricing model and how that works. They clarified all of my doubts and it's clear that they really care about their product and having happy customers. Because of that experience, I'm amending my review to 4 stars. I don't give 5 stars, because I still don't understand why this tool can't be a one-time subscription model regardless of how many orders I have on my shop. However, if you're looking for a nice cart drawer solution, and don't mind their pricing model, this tool has been a breeze to install and use! Hi there Simple Germany! With that in mind, allow me to explain why UpCart's pricing is structured this way. UpCart isn't just an upselling app, and this is why we don't charge on a per-upsell basis. UpCart's main value is giving your customers a convenient, always accessible, and easy way to manage their cart while browsing your store. Normally they'd have to load a whole new page (.../cart) to do so, which adds friction to the transaction and may increase churn. The best way to judge UpCart's impact is by looking at the number of orders generated, since every order interacts with UpCart and gets value from it. This app is excellent! I was able to set it up perfectly with some custom CSS. Initially, it wasn’t functioning due to interference from other apps, but customer support went above and beyond to help me. It took a bit of time to pinpoint the issue, but I’m glad they resolved it just in time for our Black Friday launch! You're review is excellent!
