Hailey the team are brilliant super supportive and ready to help. I was having an issue with my cart draw. They were support detailed with their investigation and resolved my issue. This happened just before a new product launch too so they saved me going back to the client with disappointing news we would have to delay. 5-stars!!! Their AI support bot is probably the best I've seen on a shopify app. Needed a little more support outside of the bot's capabilities and a support agent named Jacinda helped me work everything out flawlessly.
