I had an amazing experience with Michelle from the support team — she was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. I asked about customizing the sticky cart button, and she provided both the new and old methods in detail, making everything so much easier to understand. I'd give 0 reviews if I could. Expensive, mediocre app with the worst customer service I've ever seen in the Shopify app store. I asked for support on a very simply issue, but it has not been solved after almost two weeks. When asking support to help me I always get a copy-paste answer that's totally useless. I'm going to look for a different app with good support. Definitely not recommended.
