This app has been a major disappointment. UpCart promises increased conversion rates, but the reality is far from it. The app consistently freezes when adding more items, making it frustrating for both store owners and customers. It’s unreliable, and the lack of any custom coding or flexibility leaves much to be desired. Customer service is practically non-existent. There’s no support from any real experts, and you’re left to fend for yourself when issues arise. It’s clear that the developers are more focused on maximizing profit than providing a quality support and app. There are far better apps available with responsive support and real customization options. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

Jacinda from UpCart saved the day! I had spent days trying figure out how to combine Buy X, Get Y (Gift with Purchase / Reward Spend Thresholds) with subscriptions and also allow product-level discounts to apply to the subscriptions too. The solution was complex but the gist is to not use Buy X, Get Y in Shopify, but rather make a 100% off product discount with a minimum QTY of 1, make that product hidden from your store, then use UpCart to add the product to your cart. Works perfectly in all scenarios! SWEET! Jacinda is pretty fantastic, we're so happy she was able to quickly help you with combining discounts and how to set up free gifts. We know it can be a complicated process and are super glad we could help you get that figured out 😀

Layout is very nice, support is taking forever to fix a simple issue. Our products won't scroll when added to cart. May have to go back to rebuy to get it working how we need to again. Update: total lack of help
