I absolutely love this app! So this morning I woke up to a customer message that they had placed an order and put down the wrong address! I emailed Trendsi because it changed on my side in my Shopify store but didn’t change on Trendsi’s side. I emailed them my issue and they immediately sent me an email back saying they corrected the address and it was done! This was at like 630 in the morning! Lorie thanks for your help! They’re not lying when they say they’re there to help 24/7! I do wish It changed automatically when I changed it on my side. But I’m very pleased with the service today! Thanks again!

Great app, Very good service and a lot of selection of high quality products. Shipping is much faster than other apps which keeps our customers happy!

Trendsi is very responsive and helpful they make managing my store easier. The thing to remember is to add your own flavor to the product descriptions. Buying samples in multiple sizes helps give you an idea of the quality and how the customer feels when they receive the product.

We use Trendsi for our boutique and the Help Center and customer service is really helpful! I love the chat option, and received prompt support from Hazel on an issue I had with one of the orders placed by a customer in Shopify.

Trendsi App is amazing!! I'm so happy and relieved I found them! It makes being a small business owner so much better. The app is super easy to use, there's soo many items to choose from and the fact I can upload their items to my store at no charge for my customers to buy and make a profit is winning!! Customer service is phenomenal, on point and fast! Gretle just helped me edit an order for my customer and she was prompt, nice and had great communication! All in all, a great experience on the Trendsi app/program, don't second guess it!

The Trendsi customer service is amazing! I had issues getting my store connected on the trendsi app. Angelo helped me get everything connected and responded very fast. He also helped me with any other additional questions that I had. Also the app is every easy to use and they have helpful articles to help you get started! I love this app!!!

I LOVE this app! Love the styles and prices and it's so easy to upload handpicked items to Shopify with my own prices! I had some questions while installing and Mia was sooooo nice and helpful and patient with me! Yesterday their direct app was being wonky and not showing my product listings and they answered my SOS email really quickly and resolved the technical problems and let me know the problems were resolved...in a very short time. They are really great to work with!
