Had a glitch in the system where the automatic checkout wasn't working. Sent an email and within just a few minutes was provided a response from Karen. Very friendly and helpful. They are great about responding quickly.

We've been using the Trendsi App in our Store for sometime now, and all I can say is that their products are really good, the styles they get are beautiful, Customer Service is fast and reliable, and we haven't had any problem whatsoever with their service! We highly recommend Trendsi!

I love this app. I'm away from home and I'm still able to up load new items and i dont have to worry about shipping. Angelo has been amazing in answering my 100s of questions. The only thing I can complain about is that it keeps crashing and I have to start over.

Just got off a meeting with Jaylene. She was fantastic, energetic and had a stellar answer for each and every one of my questions. Beyond that, Trendsi is the Dropshipping app I have been searching for. The interface is extremely user friendly, the process is super convenient with automatic product integration, and most importantly its priced based off its individual products instead a subscription. I'm fairly new to Trendsi and always have a lot of questions!! I've zoomed and chatted with them and they have always been so quick to respond and assist. Today I had an issue with my shipping rates and chatted with Gretle. She was so patient and kind. We were able to fix my issue!

They have Amazing Customer service! They are really fast at replying. They make it really easy to own your own boutique.

I had an issue with several customer addresses saying there is no delivery to the address that they provided when placing an order for a Trendsi item. Upon reaching out to Trendsi, Gretle quickly did some troubleshooting to find a fix for the problem. I am very appreciative for her help and guidance. I love the app and look forward to success with it!

Trendi's chat feature is incredibly convenient. It took less than 1 minute for a representative to answer. Karen was very polite and answered all my questions.

I absolutely love this app. It is super easy to use. You can add items directly to your store with ease. Not to mention their quick response with any issues that may come up. I had canceled an order not meaning to and Angelo Carlo literally walked be through all I had to do, with so much professionalism and patience. I can't thank him enough.
