Was looking for a answer, and just contacted the support, in only 2minute got responded by Lorie, she was really helpful five star for that.

I contacted Trendsi support regarding an overseas shipping issue. Angelo responded quickly (within seconds) with updated information. I'm extremely pleased with their customer service and sense of urgency regarding customer service.

Trendsi's customer service is on point. They respond quickly and are always patient, courteous and helpful. Kat really helped me out today with some issues. Much appreciated!

Awesome costumer service. I'm very fortunate to have found Trendsi. The quality of the products is amazing and their Costumer service is superb. They have 24/7 chat assistance and always make sure to answer all of your questions. Every Customer Service rep that I have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. (For any questions or concerns I've had, not necessarily complains) So for I've dealt with a few: Karen, Miles, Maria, Charmaine, Lhirose, Angelo and Audrey. As you could see, there is always someone ready to answer your questions not a robot. Phenomenal customer service. Superb Customer service always!

Enjoying so far. Their support is always live and helpful. Angelo helped me today and explained some aspects I did not understand, such as why items can become unavailable. I am a beginner and Trendsi makes it easy to find and import products. Hopefully everything goes well when the site officially launches!

Angelo was very helpful! I needed an address updated on an order and within a matter of a couple minutes it was fixed. Quick response and friendly.

Had few concerns about the shipping and returns policy but Mia at the customer service did resolved the issue in no - time. I am loving this app and the customer service 10/10!!

I don't even know where to start. They have all the resources and information available, along with having live chat reps to always help if you have any questions. Angelo, Mia, Lhirose, and Gretta specifically helped me out when I had a few questions, and was very knowledgeable when answering them. I highly recommend using Trendsi. I could go on and on. Compared to other dropshippers , Trendsi is the best in the market. Their 24*7 support is amazing. Trendsi Luxe project is awesome providing luxury apparel with lifestyle photos and marketing materials along with fast 2-5 business days delivery. The best thing is they always listen to the tribe and improve wherever possible.

I had a lot of integration questions and Gretle was very nice and helpful. I am just placing my first sample order now, so I'll update my review once I receive those and actually integrate everything into my store.

Haven't physically sold anything from Trendsi yet, but the customer service is phenomenal! Ms. Lee was very helpful in finding my issue dealing with shipping. She gave off a friendly vibe throughout the entire process and she responded very quickly with a few possible solutions to fix my problem.

I placed my first order yesterday. The support team agent Gretle responded quickly to address and issue with the customers address. So far so good. I’m still waiting on the tracking number though. So we shall see.
