The company seems to get on chat very fast and will assist with all your concerns and needs. So far, I really like this company. There items are very pretty. Great quality products, out of the samples I ordered. I really hope they get more accessories and maybe mens items. I had good assistance from Mia on finding my shipment. I hope in the future maybe shipping can be improved because I am currently waiting for samples I ordered 2 weeks ago, considering it is marketed as for US based stores also.
