I have had a great experience with Trendsi for my online boutique. The customer support team is super responsive. I just chatted with Karen today who answered all of questions quickly and knowledgeably. I also love the high quality products, beautiful photographs, and quick shipping :)

I have been using this app since October of 2021. The setup and continuous customer service has been outstanding & like no other. Today, I had an item come with a damaged button (first item issue issue in almost 6 months of using). Within minutes of completing their return form Karen & Mia reached out with a sense of urgency to resolve my concern. They quickly acknowledged my concern and resolved my issue within minutes. Great customer service, products and family environment with Trendsi. Definitely recommend and wish I had found sooner.

LOVE it!! This App has been great! I have only used a couple of features so far but the integration with my Shopify store has been the easiest set up I have experienced. The customer support has been amazing as well. I messaged a quick question and Angelo responded within minutes! And was very helpful with answering my questions. Plus they have a large selection of inventory and everything is so cute. LOVE it!

I've had truly excellent customer service with Trendsi so far, everyone has been very patient and polite answering my lengthy questions! Most recently I spoke with Rachelle who was very helpful and kind! It feels great knowing you can get friendly help and not fear asking for help from customer service who may be rude or unknowledgeable.

Trendsi is helping me to revive my boutique - I'm so grateful for the service they offer! Since they are an app in the Shopify app store, the integration with Shopify websites is seamless! Not only that, but whenever I have had a question or a problem, their customer service is top notch - even if they can't respond immediately in chat, they follow up via email. Most recently, Angelo was a big help, even showing me steps I would need to take within Shopify when I needed to change an order. Highly recommended if you are looking for a boutique drop shipper!

This company is flat out hands down the best on shopify for Dropshipping. I have been up late at night with orders as well as with random overseas orders getting them straighten out, and I'm here to tell you Hazel was amazing to work with. Even if something is messed up on my end they handle it right away and stay InTouch to make sure its done. Grade A Customer Service.

I added the app to my online store in order to offer a larger variety of products. I'm not very technical so I was a little weary. The assistance Angelo gave me on the support chat was outstanding! He walked me through everything step by step! So far this has been a great experience.
