OMG! I'm here hoping more people use the app so we can get a larger variety of products because so far I am very impressed with this company. Pros: *The app is so easy to use, the photos and descriptions are all very detailed and great quality. *They update my shop immediately when stock changes as well as send an email notification. *Shipping is relatively fast. *Customer support is outstanding. One of my sold products was out of stock and they not only contacted me with options to replace it but recognized it was a set piece to another ordered product and offered to replace the whole thing with another color. *One of the products my customer ordered didn't pass quality check and they sent me an email notifying me and that they'd have a new one ready to ship in a few days. Cons: *I can only add the products to one collection from the app so I have to go back into my shop to add it to other collections. This is especially challenging when I work from my phone because Shopify doesn't let me update the collections either. *Still slightly limited options in the handbags, shoes, middle aged kids and accessories collections. I'd also love to see men's' apparel someday soon. I haven't received the products yet to review packaging/etc., but so far I am so impressed. I have run my boutique from home for 3 years and I scaled beyond my own capabilities. It was dropship or huge overhead costs associated with opening a warehouse and hiring staff. I am so glad I went with dropship. My customers have more options and I have less stress. I had some issues with setting up my shipping and Gretle provided outstanding and quick support. Thank you.

Hazel agent with Trendsi was very helpful in the return process. I am amazed that I go my refund fast and they wanted me to keep the item instead of shipping back to them. I am a new store owner and trying to build my online boutique and I am so impressed with my experience with Trendsi.

I love how quickly I get a response when asking a question. We have only used Trendsi one time in a big promotion for our shop and everyone has been very helpful! We had lots of orders with lots tracking that needed to be followed. I worked with Gretle, Kathrine, Mia, Lhirose, Charmaine, Lance, Angelo, and Lorie. They have all been great to work with! I was very nervous about handing the shipping over but this has been a great experience so far!

Customer Service is extremely prompt and professional, especially Gretle. I was confused with some shipping issues and she was able to send screenshots with steps and it helped so much!! She didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing either which I love. Trendsi all around is absolutely amazing. Im excited to grow with them and be a part of something bigger!!! 5⭐ absolutely!!!

I received an excellent support from Lee, she was really patient with me and resolved my problem in just a few minutes. She helped me step by step and stayed with me in all the resolving process. Apart from the wonderful products, Trendsi also have an honorable support, and of course their platform is overly easy to use and everything is very well set up. Really nice work done there. I'm really glad that I found this platform!

This is a technology integration that is seamless. The front end and the back end are both equally seamless. The user side is easy to browse and fulfillment side is highly automated cutting down on time.

Angelo was incredibly prompt about replying to my support emails, and went above and beyond to not only answer my immediate question, but pinpointed another issue I didn’t even realize I was experiencing as well! Excellent service.

I had an issue where orders were showing as the fulfillment being cancelled by shopify. I spoke with Angelo who assured me it was a technical issue/bug they were aware of and that my orders would be filled. He was very helpful and fast to assist me.

The customer service is always A+ at Trendsi. I once had an issue with a shipped item and they sent the correct item pronto. The recent issue I had, Mia helped me sooo much. She sent a demo on how to correct the shipping rates issue I had. When we found that it was something else, she explained to me the details of how its possible. And.... she answered every question and explained every detail with a smile. They are truly awesome. They carry quality products and have quality service. Couldn't ask for more.☺
