This has been the best service for the dropshippers because of the quality products, timely delivery, and extremely good and quick customer service. I would like to call out a customer care representative, "Lee", for responding to my queries. He was good to chat.

They have great customer service! Super prompt. I use the chat feature because i am busy, I'm a mom, student, and running an online store so I kind of use the heck out of live-chat and Allan was super helpful. I was confused on what pre-launch means and how we can sell without violating terms and Allan was very patience with my questions and really took the time to clarify things for me. I really appreciate Allan's help, so much so I had to leave a review. Trendsi itself as an app is amazing, cute clothes, and quick shipping!

The app is pretty seamless and on the few occasions I needed to contact customer service, they were prompt and polite. Angelo was really great!

I do like working with this app. unfortunately, the only thing I'm not very happy with is that this company is only for USA territory, most of my clients are from Europe and Asia. but even like that, I love the customer service, they have answered me in minutes. hazel was marvelous with me, she answered all my questions and she answered them very clear. this APP, recomendable.
