I used this app for my online business "Angelo" was great he helped me figure out a few questions I had in regards to my online acct. His response time was also very very quick which I appreciate someone appreciates my time.

I love Trendsi. Trendsi Luxe makes my business run so much smoother, as I can plan around pre-launch items. New arrivals drop Tuesdays and Thursdays. The customer support is also great. They are always available for a fast response.

I chatted with Lorie tonight - I could not access my account as previously with the text of the phone number. She showed me how I could access via Shopify Admin. I was also having an issue with customers not being allowed to ship - she helped me identify that issue - Shopify cannot seperate shipping when one ships from multiple locations. So the info provided assisted me in making the changes to allow customers to use to get shipping - we were getting an error prior. New to Trendsi via Shopify and just working out the "kinks" - Lorie was very helpful.

Had some hick ups due to trendsi discontinuing shipping to non-us destinations but Lori was very helpful in explaining and just needed to make minor adjustments to my store. Hope international shipping can resume at some point in the future.

I started working with Trendsi a short time ago. I am delighted with their excellent drop shipping service. They provide fast shipping, they have good quality products at affordable prices, and I have to highlight that they have excellent customer service, especially Hazell takes excellent care of me. And I already made my first sale!
