Sourcing a trustworthy dropshipper is no easy task. I am currently still building out my store so I cannot speak on the quality of the merchandise quite yet. However, based on two separate Trendsi support chat experiences, first one with Hazel and second with Vince, I have extremely high hopes for partnering with this company. Both of these reps were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They both maintained a very professional demeanor throughout our entire conversation. I had a ton of very detailed questions. None of which went unanswered. The website and the app function very smoothly. The import product to Shopify feature is almost flawless. The product descriptions are very detailed, and the product images are spot on. There are a couple things I would like to see added, one being a product filter under my account where my currently added products reside on their app. Also I would like to see more children's clothing options. Trendsi seems to be going places, and getting there in a good way. I am pleased to partner with them as my primary dropshipper and look forward to launching my site in the next few days. I hope they maintain this level of customer service reps as they continue to grow.

Love this app, we have a brick and mortar boutique, but use Trendi to provide MORE items than we could have space for in the shop. Just had a customer in another state want to return on a dress , I never had to do this before. I contacted Trendsi chat, and spoke to Chette. She guided me thru the process perfectly. This isn't the first time I have had a query on an order, and everytime they answered the chat very fast and solved my problem. Thank you Trendsi and Chette!

I’ve been using this app for months now. They have beautiful clothes and from the samples I’ve gotten and feedback from my influencers, everything is great quality especially the bandage and bodycon dresses which I primarily sell. Shipping has been pretty quick except for a few items I was told didn’t pass quality control so it took longer. Thankfully those were for my influencers and not customers. I’ve dealt with Hazel, Gretle and Chette, all are very helpful and respond promptly. I just made my first sale and Hazel helped me with questions I had about the fulfillment. I’m thankful to have found this app, it’s made opening my store so much smoother!

Trendsi has been great in helping my fill my store with items when it is tough to buy full runs currently. Hazel was especially helpful when i contacted trendsi support. Definitely recommend
