Angelo was very helpful in helping me to correctly make a return. He answered all of my questions and did it quickly.

The majority of my sales are through this app--it's super easy to use and I run into very few problems. When I do have challenges, I reach out to customer service through the chat and they provide an instant response. They are usually very helpful-- most recently I encountered Gretle.. she checked on 4 different orders for me and was able to provide me the information I needed with some humor and kindness on the side. I am grateful to have this app and the support from the staff at Trendsi.

The Trendsi customer service team is always so helpful! Gretle replied to my messages very quickly and answered all the questions I had.

I like the options for USA brands and the quality checks they perform. I do think that there is room to improve, but its a young company, so its expected for there to be kinks to work out. I have chatted with customer service several times, today it was Gretle, and as always she was quick with her response and help to clarify a few things for me.

Setting up my store and had some questions I didn't see covered in the help section on Trendsi or Shopify. Angelo was quick, easy to understand and answered my questions easily. I figured out most of how to set it up on my own, but had some questions about shipping. So far setup has been easy and I can't wait to add more products!
