Gretle was very helpful in changing the shipping address for my customer. This is my first time using this company and they have started off right with me.

I've been using the Trendsi app for several months now and not only is it wonderful that you don't have to pay a monthly fee to use their dropship service, but the quality of the items they offer, regardless of where they're manufactured, is absolutely top notch! I've ordered several things for myself, so I can vouch for their quality first hand. Lastly, their customer support is EXCELLENT. They are available 24/7 and if the person you initially chat with can't help you, then they will find someone who can. VERY polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful, particularly Mia, Gretle, and honestly so many others! Trendsi has my highest recommendation!

Very user-friendly platform! The integration with Shopify works smoothly and they have great customer service. Lorie was very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions we had. There are a lot of clothing options, from brand names to white label. And you can even search products by where they ship from!

Angelo is very helpful. Any questions that I have or new features to implement into my Shopify boutique he is able and willing to help. Highly recommend this app. Customer service is superb!!!!

I feel Wrong Recommending Trendsi because I don't want to alert my competition to this great company, but I guess I have to because they Have earned It. I've been Looking for a long time for a US based dropship app/company that provides GOOD Product with prices that allows for enough mark up to cover expenses and make reasonable profit while also gives me the chance to have prices that compete well with Chinese drop shippers. I Know this sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, But Trendsi DID IT. Now I have Products that SELLS and Extremely FAST SHIPPING, My products sell on the most competitive market places, My customers are happy and the profit Potential also is GREAT. But How about the Customer Service? Well the only one time I had an Issue I contacted customer service By email at 9:36 PM EST and The Respond Came Back at 9:43 PM BIG THANKS TO "Charmaine" The Trendsi Support for her Prompt response and professionalism my Issue was resolved In less than 20 mnts and that was outstanding. So for my Competitors I want you to know, Trendsi Is a great company to work with but if you decided to use them PLEASE DON"T UNDER SELL THE PRODUCTS, I USE THE RECOMMENDED RETAIL AND CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY, Lets all make money and Enjoy the TRENDSI And For Trednsi's MANAGERS, Keep Up the good work.

I don't know the shipping review because I haven't ordered it yet, but when I was having trouble adding an item, customer support Gretle solved the problem in no time!

The app is great! the service great so far. Just started using Trendsi had a two delivery questions and Both times they were handled professionally and quickly. Both Charmaine & Hariette were super quick with answering my questions and both were super nice! Update: I had a few issues today and Gretle was super professional and quick to resolve them. So far I am happy with this app and the people that work there.

Had a weird shipping notification and Gretle helped me sort it out through the live chat on the website. Very helpful and expeditious

Lee was very helpful. She was able to help fix my issue quickly and swiftly. There was a bug with the channels feature and she help me with a workaround to fixing it.
