Have not launched the store yet, but so far customer service has been great. I spoke with Chette and shes great.

I needed help with one of my orders to see what the status was I messaged and I immediately got a response back from Lorie she was prompt to explain to me where and what the status was which is very helpful when you want an answer right away thank you so much

Had a lot of questions about the process, called the number listed here and spoke with Sherwin! He was very patient and thorough and cleared all of my doubts.

I was looking for other options that had more trendy products than printful and this app definitely fits the bill. I spoke to Charmaine and she was friendly and patiently explained the process for me. I am looking forward to them adding personal branding for products. Can't wait!

Recently added this app to my dropshipping store and couldn't be happier. Learning my way around and had to do an address update on an order. Thank you Lee for the fast response and easy and painless process!

I love trendsi! I have been with them some months now and their collections have been growing and great. I love the communication they have with everyone has is in the private trendsi group. If there was ever a problem they work on it to get the job done. Everytime I talk to Customer Service they always respond quick. My website got disconnect from trendsi and Chette helped me get my store back to running. She was very nice and took her time to help me. Trendsi is the best dropshipping app I have seen in a long time. Thanks again Chette.

Been using this app for a few months now and I love it. They ship orders super fast. I like the detailed product descriptions and they upload actual photos of the items. Actual photos are very important to me, i would not use this app if they used fake photos like a lot of other vendors do. I had a quick question and Mia provided great customer service and answered my question promptly.

Great app to start listing products, very easy to use! We had questions about how Trendsi and Shopify work together on the back-end and sent an email to Trendsi support. Charmaine promptly replied and helped us with all our questions!

We contacted Trendsi to assist us with GTINs with GMC; however Trendsi confirmed they don't offer GTINs on their products. Apart from that Charmaine at Trendsi was quick to get back to us and friendly with her service. Overall the Trendsi app is a must have to expand your apparel store as it offers a lot of quality products.

Angelo is so helpful helping me with shopify integration. I would really recommend this company to everyone. Now had some extra help with Hazel who was brilliant helping me place an outside manual order through shopify from another sales platform. She was so helpful and it all went through smoothly, thank you so much Hazel. Hazel has now also been very helpful, a great team to work with and a lovely app. Today I spoke with Hariette who has been so helpful, she has stuck with me through a new process step by step, I can not praise her enough for her fantastic customer service. I use Trendsi To dropship for my store. Yet has helped me almost anytime I have a question and is very patient with me. She goes above and beyond to help out. I know I can count on her.

I reached out to support to inform them of a destash, post in another FB group, with our lovely Trendsi products. Angelo was quick to respond. The do not take those listing lightly. I provided screenshots for proof. Thank you Angleo for your help!

Update: I made a silly change in my shopify settings that messed things up and Chette was so helpful in showing me what I needed to fix and walking me thru fixing it! The customer service I have received has been excellent! I love everything they have to offer and the ease of being able to add the items to my shop!

I am brand new to Trendsi, but wanted to give a shout out to Chette who patiently answered a whole string of questions I had about getting started. I love that many of our favorite vendors are on Trendsi and that it syncs with our Shopify account! Awesome!
