So far my experience has been great. Had a few questions I needed to be answered and customer service was great.

Terrible Service!!!! Shipping too slow. This affects the performance in the different marketplaces where the products are published.

The app works quite well, so far. The catalogue is quite good, though they could be a little more consistent with the use of sizing chart across the different products and vendors. At least for all the suppliers that ship to US, their product sizes could be shown in US standard size charts and same across different products. Would like to see more suppliers that have warehouses in US, and more wide range of products, of course :), maybe baby clothing and accessories, and if possible even for men! ;) Their customer service is the best, and recently we were helped by Mia and the response was very prompt.

Angelo did a great job helping and was very quick to respond. The app is especially so nice to work with and we love working with trendsi.

I recently installed this app to my store and came across with an issue.l spoke to Chette a customer support member who kindly fix the problem.l was very impressed on how quick she was to resolve my issue.Trendsi gets 5/5 for customer service and great selection of clothing.

I had an issue with transferring items from Trendsi to Shopify so I contacted support and spoke to Lori who was very helpful and patient she answered all my questions in a professional manner and resolved my issue. I really appreciate the service I received today. Thanks, The Belle Spot.

I Love this app! Allan was the person I had chatted with and he was very helpful and knowledgeable to the questions I had in regards of Dropshipping and its process. Trendsi es una buena app para cualquier catalogo de ropa en linea, y un buen sistema que te ayudan en cualquier pregunta o queja me asistio "Chette" Asta el momento si funciona bien, pero estaria mejor si ofrecieran envios Internacionales para clientes en diferentes regiones y embalaje o paquete con tu propio LOGO.

This app is great! The products are great...the assistance they off you, could not get any easier with starting my store. Customer service is honestly one of the best things about them.
