This company is flat out hands down the best on shopify for Dropshipping. I have been up late at night with orders as well as with random overseas orders getting them straighten out, and I'm here to tell you Hazel was amazing to work with. Even if something is messed up on my end they handle it right away and stay InTouch to make sure its done. Grade A Customer Service.

I love this app. Great selection. The customer service is excellent. Having problems with the 3rd party infringement issue with some of the products and Angelo the customer rep I talked to quickly suggested a fix. I am satisfied that I get the help I needed. Keep up the good service Trendsi!

I came across Trendsi in my attempts to find a fashion drop ship solution as drop shipping was my only option for opening an online boutique with my busy schedule. As soon as I saw the offered styles I signed up and created my store. They have successfully fulfilled my orders and my customers are very happy. This team is growing. They are aware. I added the app to my online store in order to offer a larger variety of products. I'm not very technical so I was a little weary. The assistance Angelo gave me on the support chat was outstanding! He walked me through everything step by step! So far this has been a great experience.

Their Help center has real person answering inquiry and very helpful. It resolve one of my concern which change it from old owner to my account.

I love that this app is simple and easy to use. I've been able to transport items to my shopify store with now problem. Customer service is great! I was in contact with a HUMAN! which is a big plus for me! Also, I recv'd my sample order of 2 pairs of jeans and they fit PERFECTLY! I'm new to this app so I'm hoping this great experience continues! I would recommend giving it a try to anyone!

I love this app and all of the support people are incredible. Most recently Lorie was able to help me with a number of different questions. She is always so helpful and friendly (and tolerant, because I always forget I should check things out in their Help menu first, lol) . Fantastic app to utilize for dropshipping. The integration into Shopify is seamless and the product offerings are great. I've only had one minor issue when logging into the app, but Gretle was able to support me and solve my issue in a timely manner.

Gretle was awesome! Top notch CS, so glad I found trendsi!!! I pay hundreds of dollars a month to paid drop shipping programs, and none of those vendors have ever responded so quickly or been as helpful as gretle was.
