Just started with Trendsi and so far I am very impressed with what they offer! this is a service that basically ANY boutique can make work for what you are looking for. Their customer service has been amazing so far, Allan just helped me in within minutes on a SATURDAY when I panicked over a mistake I made.

I had questions about my store and Gretle was very helpful and showed me what to do to get everything back how I wanted it. She answered all my questions and were a pleasure to work with!

I contacted customer service and Kae was amazing. He helped me with my issue so quickly and was very professional.

Best support team! Gretle is the absolute best support member ever, whatever problem you may have she will always be there to look after you and help you solve all your problems. Give this woman a raise asap!

The customer service is impressive. Angelo helps me out quite often and is very friendly and straight to the point with answering my questions. I really appreciate this. I would like to see more variety on the app like bags and belts. It would also be nice if we were able to review the samples we buy. Other than this, the app is Great!

I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. I am Using this App but I noticed that after fulfilling the item Tracking Email should go from Domain but TRENDSI is sending the Email to my Client from their Domain. I do not even receive a copy of that email they sent to my client to notify them that Item has been shipped. This is kind of conflict of interest like collecting my client info and communicating with them. This needs to be rectified. TRENDSI Please comments on that to resolve this issue. Thanks

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Trendsi says they have multiple counts of an item in their overseas warehouse but constantly have "quality check issues", they then send you an email stating your order is delayed another 3-4 days and that they have to order another replacement from their supplier. Why is this company always running out of warehouse inventory is my question? I placed 3 orders for myself (the business owner) and had problems with 2 of the 3. Then they reimbursed an item due to it failing their quality check TWICE, not once. No explanations. They state they quality check items upon arrival (and that they sometimes miss issues with the items) and quality check their items again before shipping. I call BS. I don't think they have stock in any overseas warehouse. I don't think they have items on hand at all. I believe they order the items from their supplier as we place our orders, then once it arrives for shipping they realize it has a quality issue. Just stay away if you (yourself) don't want bad reviews from customers.

So far this service has been very user friendly. Support has been superb. Mia handled our issues quickly and concisely. We are fairly new to Trendsi - but we are happy with our experience so far!

I have to say in all aspects Trendsi is by far my favorite for dropshipping service. They deliver fast and the designs are soo my taste. I almost started to panic one day i received some errors in an order I placed. Angelo was very helpful and he was very patient, even walking the extra mile of resending me an email when it took a while to be sent.
