Ths is a great app, I just started using it and it works really well! I also had their help to do it!

Auto translation only works if you pay the most expensive plan, when we realized that, we asked for a refund as we used the app only for an hour and they literally refused. It also mess up with your copy layout after translation, like bolding everything or coloring unwanted text. The support is very slow it took 5 days for them to try to fix the issues before finally giving up and telling us they can't fix it.

Just amazing. This was going to cost us 20k in translation fees and weeks to copy all the content. This has now become a very low cost and simple job. Love it! Support is amazing btw!

I´ve been using Transcy working on the translation of my website, and I can confirm they have one of the best customer service ever. Having some doubts and some things coming up while I´m working on the translation of my website, has not been a problem as they have been so kind and really fast to help and resolve everything that has come up until now. You feel you have someone watching your back :). All good for me until now!

I installed this app and translated my site easily. I had some issue with the language switcher, it didn't work properly. I couldn't change between languages. I asked for help and got a great service. It turned out that although my Theme (Showcase) enables header button as language switcher it doesn't really work. The support of Transcy solved this and an other minor conflict between my theme and the app. Thank you guys for your quick help!

Its very easy app to use. Just what I was looking for. It lets you choose the language and LOTS of currencies.

This app is easy to use and they have probably one of the best customer services through all the Shopify apps I have tried. They always answer and do all the corrections in no time. The app has all the features I needed to offer my customers but the automatic translations to Swedish is not perfect although it is very easy to manually fix the mistakes.

Jane helped me so much by helping setting up the translation. Transcy is very easy to use and saves a LOT of time. However, I had some difficulties translating some of the pages and the menu. But Jane did awesome work!

Resolved Issues Fast. Easy to use and translation to Spanish very accurate. I have to request support twice though.

The customer service is really good, she helps me solve a lot of problems, and app is also very intelligent
