I have been using Transcy for a year or so, and I had a big issue with my shop after the latest update on August 18th, 2021. I did not have any control over my translations anymore and the AI was messing up my texts. Transcy helped me to get my problems fixed, so now I have full control over my content again. Really happy with that.

This app is brilliant it has allowed me to add languages and currencies to my Shop and is very easy to use - I had a couple of questions and the support I received was quick and helpfull.

Just Started seems really good. Easy to operate and looks easy. I used other translate apps and it was not good. But this one I shall carry on using. I hope this helps customer.

Sometimes it has technical problems, but the support team is there to help! Don't hesitate to ask them about any problems you're having.

Since the most recent change you cannot edit translations on the free plan. On top of that the edition interface is extremely slow and inconvenient to use.

Used this app to add a Switcher to change language and currency. Both work perfectly!! Needed this app. Glad I found it. Whenever I need help there is always someone to assist me

Don't use this app, so, translation takes a while and if you mess up they won't take responsibility. The support team is not qualified to solve problems.

Staff is super helpful and even contacted me to help me install the language/currency dropdown themselves. The only downside is it overlaps everything on the site when scrolling. I thought it would be managed via the Shopify language switcher, so I'm not sure I'll keep it.
