I just installed that App, it looks very good, very fast and excellent support so far. I need to proceed to judge on the translation quality to first, before I can say more....however, already in setting the App up: very fast and supporting, just great !

It's a great app that will help you to set up your store for international sells. At the moment it's a great way to not stress about this whole process. It helped me a lot.

easy to work with, but a bit expensive if you really want to so something. Maybe a Lite subscription would be amazing

(Updated Review) This is a basic translation app. It will not allow you to translate 3rd party elements which the development team mentioned that there are limitations although it is not stated on their support page or on the Shopify app page. So if you are looking to do so, I will highly recommend using Weglot instead. Weglot does not have any problem translating 3rd party elements. However, the customer service is pretty good given that they took the initiative to call me to explain and were willing to provide a refund.

If you're considering going global, Transcy is an excellent app to help accomplish this task. It includes both language and currency, which is extremely helpful. Furthermore, if you encounter any trouble, their customer support team is there to help you! I work a lot with Andy, and he is an excellent representative!

I want to embed it into the footers and fix the position, please tell me how to achieve it? You have to distinguish between primary and secondary, in a store, goods are always the protagonist, and as a translation and currency switching plug-in is only a supporting role, you go to see the mainstream website, most of them are placed in the fixed and unimportant position of the footers, you have to provide the best choice scheme and high-level customization scheme, so that your products can sell better

I had an adjustment issue with the switcher with my theme, the Fireapp/Transcy team was great to assist me both on desktop and mobile. In the end they fixed the issue after multiple adjustment attempts. The free version comes with fully functional currency switcher that works based on IP. The app is recommended.

The app is perfect! Minimalist and ergonomic. Several ways of working with the translator which offers a wide choice of possibilities. the customer service is great and if you have a problem they will do everything to help you.

Easy to use and setting. Great CS for always support. The most like is auto translate and currencies by location. everywhere customer can understand. But it will be more comfortable to use, if translate function and currency function can combine in same row. It protect confuse from customers.
