The app is wonderful, the support is amazing and reliable. The interface is very clean and intuitive, you can translate your page and display the currency exchange rate in minutes!

I tried a few apps and those I tested made no sense. The customers literally had to find the translate button hidden in the site. With Transcy everything is perfectly visible, clear and easy to spot. PLUS, the customer support is extremely friendly and did some changes for me even tho I didn't asked! I highly recommend their services! 10 stars

Great app really liking the service on it. Very clean website and easy to use got some help from customer support!

The free plan is horrible my default language is traditional Chinese and add English language. The AI translate auto translate my brand name (HETKINEN, which is not in Chinese) to English (wait a minute), and I cannot override it. Besides, when I continually add item to cart on the product page, the buy now button wording would duplicate to "buy nowbuy nowbuy nowbuy now buy now. nowbuy now...."

We tried many translation apps, wasted time and effort. But when we shifted to Transcy, in under 5 minutes our store was prefect! All our addon apps and FAQ's were translated as well which made our customer experience better. Their support is great fast and helpful. 5 Stars!

I am using the app for a second language for my site. I had an issue at the onset, but their support team stuck with me for nearly 30 minutes to correct the problem that I actually caused during setup. Now everything works perfectly.

Very good support. They rezolv all my problems immediately. And the app is very good you don't need more than that for translation and currency.
