The service is amazing. Even if you go for the free plan, the attention to the customer is first class. Inside this plan there are also many options to customize the translations, being able to translate an unlimited amount of characters.

So easy and fast to set up. In a matter of 20mins, I had my website displaying in 5 different languages. Amazing app

The app works quite well so far. The reason for the very bad rating, however, is that the Transcy team accessed our shop and changed our root domain on their own. This caused a lot of damage in both an SEO and sales context and in the following discussions there was no sign of goodwill. The support team also referred me to a member of staff who then sent me some tutorials that had absolutely nothing to do with our problem. All in all, a really terrible service experience.

First of all they say that you can use them free for 14 days, this is not true! I installed and uninstalled the app the same day on Oct 7, today on Oct 13, 9,90 USD is charged on my credit card, how is this possible?! I installed the app and needed some help with the translation, so I gave Andy, a person of their support team acces to my shop. He was "working" in my shop I think for about an hour and the only thing he did was make things worse. I wanted to translate the default of my shop from English to Netherlands but Shopify doesn't translate all of the data automatically. So I myself still needed to translate the default shop on 17 places. After he worked in it, he made it worse and now I have to translate the shop in more than 200 places instead of 17!! So I immediately deleted the app again, still they charged me money! I would like to receive a return of my payment.

Best app ever used, great translation and very good support. My customers are very satisfied and the experience increases are great

I like how simple it is to auto translate all my pages and that the updates are instant. I like how the support team is so quick to assist. It would be nice if the app allowed for a "find and replace" function, so that certain words or phrases could be replaced manually more easily. It would also be nice to know how to change words in the browser tab, and other harder to find places like this. But, the support team did it for me, so no worries :)

per ora il test a una lingua sembra che funzioni bene quindi se lo store funziona sicuramente amplierò le lingue per ampliare le vendite ora sono in fase di test e sembra che traduca tutti i testi automaticamente grazie ;-)

terrible, Please avoid. very bad experience with this app I use a free plan which have only one language free i use it and translate my store and spend so much time to edit it after one week they need me to change plan < why > and i can't use the language any more my store keep loading and loading not working good . just deleted

Seems like a very solid solution. The free version is actually useful and if you ever decide to take it to the next level, they provide all functions for it. Greatly recommended!

One of the good apps, but not for Arabic ,I faced some problems in arabic translation like duplicating the words and prices , the support team were so great and helped me alot to solve some of the problems i had but eventually i deleted the app to get rid of the problems that can not be solved.
