Reviews for Tracktor Order Tracking

No other app other than Tracktor is useful when it comes to letting your customer track their package. It adds another layer of trust factor between you and your shopper. Personally, I was having some difficulties installing the app myself and reached out to customer service. They were delighted to help me without my intervene and this is what I call a good customer service. Definitely, recommend!!!

Awesome app, does everything I need for shipping management at a much better price than competitors. The staff is awesome and will work with you on any issues you may have

The team at Tracktor have been brilliant! Mandy in particular has gone out of her way to make our experience a good one. She has answered our questions in a timely manner and helped us set some of the courier mapping which has saved us lots of time. She also surprised us with improving the layout of our tracking page! It looks slick now. I can't recommend them enough! Six stars!

This app is super effective! The customer support was top noch too! They respond quickly (same day or next day) and resolved my installation issues with easy. Aplicativo excelente, quando eu estava pesquisando outro apps, perdi boa parte do dia procurando um aplicativo à altura, que me fornecesse os recursos necessários para suprir as necessidades de meus clientes, e nenhum outro app no mercado chegou aos pés deste app. Porém quando fui instalar, ele infelizmente não sincronizou perfeitamente com minha loja em questão de HTML, então só foi preciso eu enviar um E-mail, e a equipe do suporte foi espetacular em resolver o meu problema em muito pouco tempo, e agora está rodando perfeitamente, e com uma estética incrível. Estou muito feliz com o uso do app. Só tenho a agradecer, superou as minhas expectativas. Boa sorte e sucesso à todos.

This review is only based on Customer Service, since it was installed today. I looked at a few options for tracking our shipments, and found Tracktor as a great choice. I requested the installation of the app, by the way is FREE, and not only they did it in record time, but they went the extra mile on clarifying a few items that I was not expecting an answer so soon. Thank you Mandy and Aaron, and everyone on Tracktor´s Customer Service team!

I don't rarely leave reviews... but when I do it is an important one.... I was looking for an APP that allows customers to track their orders on site. This App does it and It will make customers return back to your site. I think this APP is brilliant... Customer Service team was on point... 5 stars for Aaron who helped me to get set up. I recommend this APP to others.

We use this app to track our orders. Easy to install, and if there are any hiccups along the way they have great tutorials and prompt customer service.
