He was able to go into my theme with ease and manipulate the necessary code to allow for the alignment of borders within my Tracking Page. Tracktor helps my customers find a good night's sleep because they always know where their package is. We ship with Swiss Post and the app didn't work correctly in our store, but as soon as we contacted ShopPad support they assisted us perfectly and resolved our issue. Super happy with it. Will definitely use Tracktor a long time.

Hi every body, i test this apps, really easy to install, support set it for me on my shop and now i wait next order to try it :) if it's working it's wil perfect ! i reccommande this apps for good support and nice job

Good app but very expensive, I installed the app when it first came out, but they tripled their pricing as we went into December 2018 and no email to notify us about it, I only found out when a customer said he could not track his order on here, charges per tracking, so if the same customer looks at the order 4x in one day it counts as 4 tracks. I am looking into other tracking apps on the market now.

Excellent customer service! Fast to respond to emails and willing to do a lot of the technical work for us.

The App is SUPER, works damn good and you won't see any app like this the interface it provides to customers and most IMPORTANT the customer support is amazing(very quick).

Great App! Great Support! I tried this app mainly to provide additional, custom order statuses to customers between order placement and order fulfillment steps. The look and navigation of this app are great! I also switched from Conversio to OrderlyEmails, which easily integrates with Tracktor so my customers can always link quickly to their order status from their email notifications. My only request would be that Tracktor could allow for specific order statuses only visible to customers that ordered certain products (products that may take longer or have additional steps in the fulfillment process than other products).

None of the tracking apps seemed to work for me. Also Tracktor had this problem when I started using it. But the customer support is great and fixed this for me within 24 hours. They were the only one to succeed and very friendly, fast support.
