Great app and fantastic customer service! Annette not only took care of the problem I had quickly and efficiently but also took the time to make my tracking page look aesthetically more pleasing and match my shop's theme. I'm still in the early stages of my shop, so I'm only using the Free option at the moment, but I definitely plan on upgrading as things pick up. I highly recommend this app!

I loved that Allan was available to log into my shopify store and configure my tracktor for me. I am still trying to get my store open, and am excited to see tracktor in action.

Tracktor is a winner of an app, hands down. Its especially ideal for dropshippers because it provides an order tracking alternative that looks good and trust worthy for the customer, rather than a order tracking page with a link that directs the customer to a third party site to track orders. Its a must have, hands down.

Constant harassment through email during the small trial once your past the 5 orders of the trial everyone gets turned off until you upgrade ... just that was enough for me to not try any further
