I had a couple questions implementing this app since I use drop shipping and it's obviously very complicated process to track orders that way. However, Mandy from the support team was able to help me out in a very short amount of time! She's the best! I recommend this app to everyone who wants to save a ton of time responding to emails from customers asking about their tracking info. 5/5 stars!

La mise en place a était très rapide, ne connaissant pas, j'ai juste mis l'application et c'est un technicien de l'application qui a fait le reste pour moi sur ma boutique. Maintenant je ne sais pas encore ce que sa va donner par la suite, mais j'ai mis 5 étoile rien que pour l'installation, parce qu'il ne son pas obliger de le faire pour nous. Merci de m'avoir aider.

This is a great tracking app and the support is excellent. I had a small problem with mapping a particular delivery agent and contacted them. They immediately offered to go into my store and fix it for me. Great job!

Can be integrated into the existing theme design so it looks good and consistent. Easy to use. Provides clear and transparent shipping info to the customers. The customer service is amazing! It took like 2 minutes for Alan to fix my problem. Highly recommend!
