This app was super easy to set up and very easy to use. And the support team is awesome! I inquired as to whether the formatting for a different ShopPad app can be tweaked and they not only fixed that, but they also changed formatting on this app so that it matched with the rest of my website. This is what I call excellent customer service!!

Terrible! Didn't need this app for the month of June so I uninstalled it right after I got billed for the new month and requested a refund for $100. They have denied my refund so I will be taking my 3 other stores to another developers app. Don't work with these guys they will just take your money and screw you.

Awful app! Treats users terrible. They sneakly increase your monthly billing the more people use it. So say if you have 1 customer search their order 20 times you will be charged a total of 20searches instead of just 1 for that customers. My monthly bill went from $29.99 to $199.99 overnight and they even kept billing me when I had the app uninstalled. Terrible will never download a shoppad app again and will be filing a class action lawsuit against the company.

My third store using this app, and have been very pleasant experience across board. The Tracktor App is a BOMB! It's gonna blow your store sales through the roof, aids the customer experience and save countless hours of having to respond to the dreaded question - "Where's my order?" Every Shopify store owner needs this BOMB! Plus, customer service is super responsive AT ALL TIMES.

Works really well! Easy to install (the developer helped me) - love that customers can easily track their order- cuts down on all the constant queries!!!

The app is an awesome add on to the store and the customer support that they provide is on another level entirely. My request for assistance in integrating the app to the store was attended to within 1 day and it's working just fine.

It's an absolutely amazing app with great support. Tracking by order number and not revealing where the package is being shipped from is a huge advantage. The support staff even set up the tracking links on my site within 24 hours and made it effortless (Thanks Mandy!). My only issue is the free plan only allows you to track 5 orders a month which is really low and probably not enough to get customer feedback, but it is worth the $14.99/month imo.

Important app with unbeatable customer support! My service requests dropped after I got tracktor. It is a must-have for all shopify store owners who are selling physical products. Best app in the market at this price.

I actually like the app definitely good! BUT man it can get expensive, Look into other options if you cant afford at least the 100 a month option. Because once you pass 100 orders the price jumps to 100 a month!

I was using another app but sometimes the tracking information would be in another language or no update available for periods of time. So far I love this app and it's easy for customers and myself. The customer support has been awesome as well. Thank you so very much!!!

Absurd! Does not work, overpriced, worst customer service, and charges multiple times forcefully during a month period but states billing is once every 30 day cycle!

Really great support and app, works really well for tracking orders! Staff responed fast and set up app for free!
