App does a great job for customer order tracking. It is easy to use and setup. We added a custom status (in production) easily. This requires you to manually update an order status. Sometimes when manually udating a order with the custom status, it defaults the page back to the app details instead of the order. Otherwise I love the app and recommend it.

Haven't used it yet but just installed and I have really high expectations! Love it so far though and will be following up.

i have just set it up and its looks good and simple for customers to track their order but i can already tell that their support is very good, answer quickly and solve my problem in the setup stage. i also like the pricing mathod its fair :) thank you 5 stars so far:)

great support! perfect apps! Affordable price! It has a Routing Details feature. When the package is in a blacklisted country or custom location, it will replace the tracking information with your replacement message. Perfect for drop shippers!
