Trackify has allowed me to see my data better. What's excellent about Trackify is that their support is PHENOMENAL. I had the pleasure of being on the call with Dylan, Trackify's support person. i used this app for just 10 days normally , yesterday i find the facebook pixel is not installed on my website, then the facebook connect is always off every time i open this app, it is good app if it doesnt have this problem ,

Testing and hopefully will improve the tracking. Support were a great help Tanmay did a video call with me to walk me through the complete set up.

I had a tracking duplication problem (from the FB side) and they hopped on a zoom call with me to get it fixed as I was walked through it. That alone is scarce nowadays. I look forward to some good tracking!!!

why you are charging 59$ and I just paid the month for 29.99$ I did not ask for any upgrade ? and your support team is OFF no replying. I need solution or refund the money

Update on 7th September 2021 - The idea was to increase the facebook conversions, but sadly don't know why facebook conversions are all time low. Will wait for this month else will have to go back to facebook channel from shopify which was giving better results for free. Update on 25th September - we decided to uninstall trackify. Our ROAS dropped from 5 to 2.5 after this. Trackify team kept saying it's now because of trackify but, we find no other reason why ROAS should drop. After clicking clean uninstall, still code is lying on shopify. This is not a good app.

Before I installed the app I had really bad data. With Trackify it is so much better and easier to scale. It is also very user friendly and easy to install with the 3 steps video inside the app. I specially want to thank Tanmar for his great support and help. He helped me and explained me a lot about data tracking.
