App is great, I had one small issue and they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me. Recommend this app to anyone since the new ios update ruined tracking this is a must have for all ecommerce people.

The support team is a nightmare, you can never wait for them to reply. Every time I build a new catalog by tag but couldn't sync to the facebook catalog set.

Really useful and practical app for tracking all (or almost all) the event. It features an intuitive control panel, it is full of free content and it offers one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever tried. Especially, I wanted to thank "Deep" (aka Joy) for calling me and helping me TWICE when I most needed him with almost no delay.

So far I enjoy using this app to see data that FB manager doesnt collect or show. Allows me to see what type of action my ads are really getting. Looking forward to seeing how it can help me target my audience better.

Trackify helped me so much after the ioS14 changes!!! The Tracking i far more precise on Facebook thanks to their advanced technology and would also want to really point out the spot-on customer service as any time I have some setup to make they always have someone do it even with me over a Zoom call which takes a lot of the weight off my shoulders as well as the worries if I have done sth wrong. I was looking how to fix the analytics issue and found trackify, it is a very complete app making easy to work on the campaigns analytics, but I was surprised by the support team, they not only welcome to be a user, they help me to configure every aspect, troubleshoot my tracking issues while we were on a zoom session. something other apps should follow as a good example of how to be a professional with the product they are selling.
