Great app all in one functionality of integrating IG with your website, creating video quizzes and also exit intent video survey. Seamless integration with shop app is an added bonus. I Faced some pricing related issue which were immediately addressed by the Tolstoy team. My store's conversion rate has improved after its installation, and I highly recommend it.

Tolstoy was super easy to implement, their team guided us through the process. The app works flawlessly, we haven't noticed any issues of it not working, and it feels slick on the website. I'd recommend this to growing ecom stores who want to improve the online experience for their customers.

I just started using Tolstoy and I think it's a great idea for creating a better connection with customers and adding a more personal face to my business. Setup was easy but I had a small issue that I reached out to support for. Mikaela was lovely and solved the problem in just a few minute. My widget now works like a charm and I'm excited to see how much my customers love the enhanced interactivity. Update: Still getting great reviews from customers on this super cool app. I had a hiccup today because I messed up a setting, but got great support from Niezl, who sorted me out in just a couple of minutes. Always friendly and easy to talk to.

Niezl is awesome!!! I was a little confused at first (only because I didn't slow down and read) but within minutes, I was able to figure the installation out on my own.
