I absolutely love Tolstoy. But I love it even more now. I had an issue connecting both my shopify stores to the one account. I chatted to online support and Niezl was so helpful. She answered questions quickly and even jumped on a call with me to show me what she was doing to fix the problem. Customer support is very great. They are able to answer and resolve the issues that we are facing. The app is also great as it is easy to embed and customize. Hoping that sorting of products can be implemented but looking forward on it.

This review system does not have enough stars to be able to evaluate the quality the attention and patience of the Tolstoy staff in supporting their clients. A huge amount of praise and credit goes to Niezl who was able to resolve issues that were not his responsibility and made Tolstoy an even better tool. Great experience with the support! Thank you Niezl! Responded within 5 minutes on e-mail and helped us make it work when we had issues. As for the app, the interface looks great and, even though we haven't tried it much, it seems like a very powerful tool for boosting conversions!
