I just started using Tolstoy and I think it's a great idea for creating a better connection with customers and adding a more personal face to my business. Setup was easy but I had a small issue that I reached out to support for. Mikaela was lovely and solved the problem in just a few minute. My widget now works like a charm and I'm excited to see how much my customers love the enhanced interactivity. Update: Still getting great reviews from customers on this super cool app. I had a hiccup today because I messed up a setting, but got great support from Niezl, who sorted me out in just a couple of minutes. Always friendly and easy to talk to.

My friend who also has an e-commerce store recommended this app to me. Since we are using tolstoy, our conversion rate improved immediately. Their customer service is amazing too!
