Everyone should have a chat function on their ecommerce platform. This makes it even better by providing an app for use on Apple or Android products in addition to your desktop. Being able to provide instant support to my clients within the schedule I have set is more than worth the cost.

Fabulous application especially monitoring all the enquiries through Android App. Above all installing & further integrating with my Shopify store is like a breeze which distinguish this with similar apps. Well, installation and setup was easy, you can manage multiple stores using the same interface which is really great. Would like to continue with the basic version of the same.

Tidio is DOPE! I love it. I installed it just a few weeks ago and it works so much better than what I had before. I've been able to do some upselling through the chat feature too, which is always great! And I also love that they have an andriod app so I can answer questions from customers on the go. love that! Great App, easy to use and very useful for Customer Services

Great software and integration with Shopify. We had an issue with logging in, which was not on there end, and they rectified it right away and The Live Chat agent was super helpful. This is one of the best platforms, we have used for Live Chat. We Recommend this App Highly.

This is a great App. Live customer chat has gained us a lot of sales. Installed the App on my phone and it's easy to use and you can scoop up extra sales any time of day. Use it as much or as little as you like. But just use it.

We love this app. My customers use it all the time. It notifies us within a minute that someone is online. It sends us daily reports just in case we missed someone. It is easy to set up, and easy to maintain. If I had one request, it would be to change the alert sounds. I am usually surrounded by machinery and several computers, and sometimes miss the incoming chats due to this dull alert tone. Otherwise I thank you for a fantastic app.
