Great app to talk to customers and get them involved in your brand! Quick and easy set up with customisable options. The tech team are 100% on the ball if you have any questions! Every store should have this.

It's very easy to use and very helpful to connect with my customers. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!!

I have just completed my first week on the trial version and I am liking it very much. I did find the app would turn itself back on afterhours and although I named visitors, they often logged back in under a new ID #, so I wouldn't recognize returning visitors. That said, I LOVE this app! I made a sale the first day I used it, one that would never have happened without it. My store does not get a ton of visitors, so for now I have opted to continue on the free version. I only have one convo at a time, I don't use my phone for work. But if the paid version could get me good info on returning customer behavior or maybe their name before they chat, so I don't have to ask for it, I may upgrade then. Overall, awesome! Thanks so much :)

8/2/2015 I'll give this 2 stars because the owners of the app did try their best to help us integrate our mobile device to their app but it wouldn't work. It's good to see a company that is attentive so A+ for that attribute but since I have had this app for almost 2 weeks... I may not be able to be refund. Date 7/28/2015 - This app is not working when the Tidio window is closed, I set-up a phone alert and I have missed so many chats from this NOT sending it to my phone. I can't keep my computer on all day, we are too busy! This should work as stated....

Very easy to use! Awesome app!

The option to have both a free or paid membership is fantastic. You can get this app to suit your individual site needs. The availability of chat on your phone is a great feature. Out of the office? Doesn't matter you can respond to customer inquiries on the move. Easy integration it was up and running in seconds and was easy to get the hang of.

Good functionality within free version. Tidio team was very helpful resolving my issues and they even updated the application according my feedback. Recommended!

Payment needed after 30 days. The app automatically stopped after my free trial however it says that is free. Also the mobile app stopped working because its a paid service. This should have been clear at the time of registering. Don't put free, when its not.

By far the must have app for your store. NO CODING. I can chat to my customers and view where they are through my android app on my phone. Apps are available for all platforms. Very easy to use and customize. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

VERY easy to use. They are updating and asking for feedback. How awesome is that? They also have an iPhone app, so literally while im out in the field Im converting customers to purchase on my site. Now that is cool.

We've been using Tidio Chat for 8 months now and have been extremely impressed. On the first day of installing it we upsold a customer by £100. We knew then we had to upgrade to PRO because this is an invaluable app which works. We speak to many customers a day using it, persuading prospects to purchase. Just having it on the website creates an element of trust - a human name and face to the brand. This is a great app which is constantly updating with new features being added. We had a slight glitch once but the Tidio team was easy to get hold of and solved the problem in minutes. App support is a must and these guys would get an A*! Great application which is a must for any online store. Yay Tidio :)

So far we've had a very good experience with this app. Easy to set up and use!

Easily one of the most reliable and straightforward shopify apps around. The service is easy to install always work and when your store is ready for the next level you opt for a paid service with even more features. For an online only store a live chat service adds so much value as your visitors know they can communicate directly with you. And Tidio's customer service is flawless!

I would recommend this app to other stores, as it is a great way to interact with customers, especially with those interested in making a specific purchase. It's another avenue, besides phone and email, to reach out to customers needing help. At first, there were a few technical difficulties (it seemed to cut out, etc.), but it has since improved and we don't have those issues anymore.

Check out by your self the magic tidio chat can do. great app and highly recomanded.

Unfortunately, it stuttered when we have a major sale and we had a lot of traffic on our website. We uninstalled and started using another chat that we love and can handle volume.

INCREDIBLE. I signed up to the app and within 5 minutes I'd purchased the pro version... at only $10 per month. The app is brilliant. It works seamlessly in my shopify store with just one line to integrate in the template. As you interact with customers, you can fill in their details to profile them, so next time they are on the site you see their name rather than the anon name. Well done guys - the app is fantastic!!

One reason to buy products from a relatively small company is the individualized customer service. You MATTER to them. This is exactly what Tidio team provided. I had an issue with an app, they followed up right away and kept in constant contact. I mean, it was INCREDIBLE. They will be winners in my book for sure. this app really slow, mobile chat doesnt work really well. we purchased pro downloaded the app both on andriod and iphone. it say that we online but customer doesnt requested for refund

Tidio Chat is seriously cheap and fantastic! there are currently a few bugs but the development team are very active and rolling out fixes very quickly. This is also the best looking chat service available on the Shopify market Also, to further note these guys are very responsive, if you raise an issue they will respond within the day and provide you an ETA on a fix or a temporary solution. They are an amazing team and I am keen to see what else they delivery, fantastic product A+++

I like it, it's not perfect but we are getting there. Android app is now working much better. Good customer service.
