i m sorry to say it lags and whern tried deleting its still there on the store and not working fine

Very easy installation with a wonderful support team. I had a few issues/concerns and Jan was so patient in helping me solve them. Support is very efficient and fast. When my sales increase I will definitely upgrade.

This app is amazing - and so far I’m only in the free version. The customer service is spot on! I’ve had a couple minor issues I couldn’t figure out. Hit the chat button and within seconds someone was there and the problem was resolved. I love, love the chat bots! WTG Tidio! Keep up the good work

First off, their support is spot on. Right there when you need them. Secondly, I've tried a couple of other chat platforms that were way too complicated and time consuming. The bot setup on Tidio is really easy and user friendly. I highly recommend Tidio. Love their app!

I really like this app as it allows you to connect with visitors anywhere through you phone app that makes it easier to respond to customers while on the go! And customer service is nice

I would give 5 stars but I have only JUST installed the app and have yet to fully utilize it...I was having trouble uploading the app to my page and Martin in Tech/Customer Service immediately responded and was a HUGE help! :)

It's not completely free, not good after i used it. Just a free trial for some days i don't know how many days.

This app is so easy to use, and the price point is really excellent. Being able to provide our customers with instants support -- and receiving it from this app's team -- is invaluable.

This app has been crafted with love and care. Great all around, many useful features and customisations and great modern look. Gets pricey quickly when wanting to use all of its features, but they are well made, super easy and intuitive to use and the app has excellent instant support so depending on the business in can absolutely be worth it and is justified by its quality. -1 Star as it would be fair if the Tidio branding could be removed for the paid for versions, considering the price. Otherwise as far as I can tell the best live chat app currently out there. Would happily recommend to anyone!

Love the app. Was a bit confusing to figure out at first but really nice features once I did. Love that you can add a large photo to the chat's welcome background. Facebook Messenger messages from your FB business page appear within the same tidio account admin panel to manage them in the same place. It is important to know that if you are not logged into your tidio account on the website or the mobile app, your offline message will appear even if it is not during your Do Not Disturb hours. Keep logged into your tidio account on web or mobile and you won't have a problem.

The plug in works really well, although it seems to have slowed down the loading speed for my whole site. It has not been installed for long though so I will continue with it and test this. I like that you can customise the colours of the chat but even if you pay for the $15 a month plan you still can't remove the "Powered by Tidio" message?! I was told by their support team that you have to pay a minimum of $55 per month in order to have it removed. That is quite ridiculous. Other than that, the app works really well, it is easy to use and install, the messages come through to your phone. If I can find a similar option that lets you remove the branding though I will be switching.

This may be the best kept secret of all the shopify eco system. Have tried maybe more than 10 chat solutions so far, but none would hold a candle to this in terms of useability, functionality and effectiveness. Would be happy if it could be a little cheaper but this really is great

I have been looking for a chat function for our website for quite some time and stumbled across Tidio. I was immediately impressed with its simple set up, functionality, customizable settings, and also their amazing support team. I now have this set up on two websites, and will be adding to a third. Great app!

This is a great app, customer support is pretty awesome they respond immediately in their live chat. It has a lot of great features and friendly customization. Your customers can contact you with ease if they have any questions while shopping which can help boost sales. I highly recommend this app

Highly Recommended! This app is absolutely amazing. It gives your website a VERY PROFESSIONAL image. Once you play with the buttons and get everything set up, it' looks amazing. It has many customizable features and is very easy to use. I rate this #1. I am VERY impressed!
