I am using the Tidio app on my websites and I am really enjoying it with all the features. Recently I needed help and support did a really good job finding me out how to fix the problem I was having. So I am recommending everyone.

Setting up a chatbot has never been easier! With Tidio, you don't need to know any coding to be able to do automated customer service (like answer FAQ automatically) which frees up so much more time. It is especially useful for scaling!

Great chat app and amazing support team. They helped me change the location on the button and they are always there for any question.

downloaded it a couple of hours ago. wow. nice layout. easy to use. can get lost with all the bot triggers and actions. have to allocate some time to really dive into it. its free, easy to use and very detailed. 5 stars.

Just started to use it but so far so good! I got the free version for now, if I love it I will definitely upgrade with time.

I've tried a few chat apps & this is by far the best. By far! Presentation, operations with their dashboard & apps / bots - great support team (big shoutout to Kamil, Rafal & especially Olek!). I wanted to enable customers logged into shopify to also be logged into Tidio (to avoid logging in twice) & everyone was most helpful with next day solutions. Makes a big difference for me. Acquired a few valuable leads thru this nice App. Upgrade for 15$ was necessary quite soon (free won't last very long) but that's fair for such a well-designed App. Support deserves 6 stars! Keep up the great work!

Great tool, it helped my store to get more sales. Ideal to solve those little doubts of the cleintes and close the sale.

This app is super. Great functionality, its so handy to have the app on my phone so i can always get back to customers right away - and the web version is super detailed. The support team are amazing too! The one thing I would really love is to be able to personalize the chat bubble - but this is not a huge issue and I would 100% recommend this app to anyone

crap app , it says free after 1 month you have to pay $15/month and you cannot even access to you dashboard

Really good!! Customer service guys are really helpful. Easy to use. It does everything we need all in one app, live chat, autobots, automated discount, abandoned cart and customer order tracking, much better than having to use various app. Im sure it can do more but we have only just started using it. Can not fault it so far!!

This app is a must have for any store that wants to keep their customer service and request list at a minimum. Setup is very easy and it integrates with Shopify like it was already part of it. The team at Tidio has prepared all of the most commonly used bot creations for customer service replies in their back end. So when your ready to start implementing your first automated bot, you can simply choose to use the ones they already have prepared for you. A great feature that I love is that you can modify their existing bots and customize them to your preference or if you prefer, you can use their bots to learn from them and then create new custom chat bots of your own. All bots can be tested before they go live and cloned as a duplicate backup just in case something goes wrong as well. Superb app! They need more visibility on the web because their live chat customer service is also THE BEST!
