In Short - Get it! Cons (but not really a con): the learning curve can take a bit but Pros: Once you get comfortable you'll harness the true power of this app. My suggestion, do the free trial and actually USE this thing. Don't let your time run out because there's a lot to cover. When it's time to pay up, trust me... whatever amount they ask to keep the app running is not enough. I tested most of the more popular chat apps around and Tidio gives me everything and more. Especially the mobile feature. So I can be on the go, anywhere... and I can still answer customer's inquiries on my phone through the app. I can go on and on about how good the app is but you're probably not reading it anyway... If you are, just get it. Ok back to work!

It is the PERFECT solutions for collecting leads, giving discounts, helping customers, and anything else you need for engagement on an e-commerce site. It's so easy to use and brilliantly designed. Don't have a e-commerce site without it!

I've been using Tidio for about a year now. I've never had an issue with it and it has let me set up bots to manage customer service without me intervening. Support has always been great, Olek and the rest of the team really go way and beyond to help me get things donde the way I need them. I recently had to downgrade and I was worried I would loose all the work I had done during the past year. I was happily surprised to know I could keep the free plan. My bots and all my settings are kept intact though the chatbots will be limited to reach 100 unique visitors a month. Tidio is one of the best -if not the best- apps I've used. I really recommend it.

This app doesn't help. Too expensive for what it offers and you will not get sales because of this app. They ask a lot for features. Doesn't worth it.

This app is fantastic. Some of our costumers do not use Facebook or Watsup, for some strange reason, and Tidio is hands off the best solution for live chat communication with them. Also the costumer support is surprisingly attentive and helpful (talking to you Olek). And the bot making process is quit enjoyable.

Love this app! It was exactly what we needed and it helps us communicate more with costumers. There is always someone online to help you with setting everything up too! The chatbots are really helpful as well. In the future it would be cool if the costumer could select what category they have a question about and the chatbot could then assign it to the correct operator. For example we have men's and women's clothing and we just re-assign the operator if one gets a question for the other department. Overall super helpful!

This is definitely one of the best apps for online webchat. You can design complex chatbot schemes. They also have very good support. Love it.

Love this app! Easy to use, customizable and pretty. Loving the friendly and fast customer service, too. Another app widget (Rewards) ended up blocking a part of the chat box. I was supposed to contact Shopify for a solution, but Oscar was super friendly and as an extra service sent me a step-by-step guide on how to fix it myself. And it worked! Feeling very understood and empowered! Thank you, Oscar and co.!

I'm currently on the free plan. This app is great, it's easy to set up, and I love that I can use it to interact with my customers via the app on my iPhone. It's a must!
