So far this app goes beyond our expectations. We´re really happy working with it. It´s a jewel. And we´re also very impressed by Tidio´s support team, all questions are answered fast and these guys are very friendly and professional. It is not that we have stumbled across any trouble with the app, just base knowledge general questions and these guys have been there to assist us and help us with everything we have needed. So far, great app.

De base c'est une bonne application mais malheureusement l'appli ne fonctionne pas bien ! Le chatbot automatique ne fonctionne aléatoirement et c'est dommage car quand il fonctionné il faisait ses preuves ! Je vais me tourner chez un autre concurrent et voir ce qu'on me propose de plus fiable.

Even though I'm uninstalling this app, I thought of coming here and leaving a positive and constructive review for others. Tidio looks great on the website, it's very customizable and their chat bots are super easy to set up. Conversions were great too, I would highly recommend it for the reasons above. Unfortunately for me, I just realize that Facebook messenger ONLY was better for my website, which isn't offered on Tidio.

This is one of the best investments I have made in my business from the Shopify App Store. The Tidio app has helped us elevate our customer service and improved our communication from 6.5 to 9.5 on a scale of 1-10. Our customers are happier we can chat and respond in real-time and rate us higher than the competition. The chatbots help us convert even while we sleep. Great chat features, and fantastic speedy support! Being that it is so vital to offer customers live chat, this app is invaluable.

I used Tidio live chat for my website and 2 things I didn't like: First I kept getting messages that "Oops…, no more chatbots available in your account" that still although I really didn't like that I received several unpleasant messages like this. But when I wanted to uninstall then I just could find it. The chat box continue to show up even after uninstalling the app from shopify. The after really looking in Google and spending 20 minutes on this I managed to at least hid the chat box and it was some option inside special menu and special rules and you even needed to disable it for desktop and for mobile separately. Not very comfortable to uninstall.

awesome app. have used in the past others but none came close to this one, all the features and support is just best.

Great service, However, we had to uninstall as it appears that a better alternative for us was "Directly" Intelligent Automation based on the cost and effectiveness of the real-world scenario.

I have just installed it not long ago. But the benefits I get from it very good. I make more sales just by using chatbots alone. I would recommend this app. The live chat is also good both on desktop and mobile. I can answer visitors right away and close sales. It really makes a difference before I installed it and after.
