A bit disappointed. I previously used the "Tawk.To" app, but I thought I would make the switch to Tidio because I enjoyed the design a lot better. But here's the problem, there is a big communication delay between Mobile and Desktop. I have to quit out of Tidio and restart the entire desktop application for the interface to mirror my mobile app properly.. Sometimes the problem is never solved when I restart both applications. Right now, the Tidio mobile app is telling me there are 7 people on my website - but the Tidio desktop app is telling me there are 9 people.. Guys, this is a pretty big deal. And because of this error, none of the analytics on the Tidio App should be trusted. I have to ask myself, am I missing chats? Who knows, because it's not reporting correctly. I have missed every single chat I have gotten so far since downloading the application. I never missed a single chat when using the "Tawk.To" application. Tidio never reports correctly since the day I downloaded it. And if you're wondering, Yes- both my mobile and desktop apps are synced under the same username. My previous chat application "Tawk.To" never had these problems, ever. Unfortunately, I hate to say it but I need an immediate refund. Not only is the app not syncing, but the analytics cannot be trusted due to software issues. Specs: Latest version (10.15.5) Mac OS Catalina on a perfectly functioning iMac Pro 2017. When I first started my shopify account I wanted to spend money on other more expensive apps, so that my customer service. However I had wasted alot of money due to that mistake. I had done alot of research to find out the right App for a small size business to use that will not cost too much, but will have fantastic customer support as well as good features. Tidio is affordable and way better than the more expensive ones available and which I had tried for months before changing to Tidio. I would say what makes Tidio the best is the tech support. I had a technical problem that really needed fixing and since I am not an expert, I needed some guidance. A very patient and professional staff named Sara from Tidio customer service team assisted me with this from the start to the end. Thank you!

The apps was awesome to me. But don't know why stated free plan forever and i been notified that trial end in few days. Sad...

Great app once you take the time to learn how to use it properly. Good resources available to facilitate this in addition to some youtube videos. But you must strictly use it within the specified parameters, or you will get into trouble with Tidio. lol. Customer care and support pretty good. Already have recommended to others. A++++++

I use this app to engage visitors when they use our size guide, because we've noticed people abandon carts because they're confused about measuring their dogs correctly. Solved this problem in an instant. Thanks Tidio!

20/05/20: Arek de Tidio all-inclusive of the notion of service. By bringing a simple, clear and efficient answer, he was able to solve my integration problem. I now hope that the app will allow me to convert my prospects. I will come back to put a fifth star when I have opted for the expected benefits of this application.

I have been using Tidio for just over a year now and it's the best apps I've ever installed on my store. I would highly recommend Tidio for anyone looking to have an online chat on their website that looks modern, easy to use, and with great support. Chatting with customers is now one of the best ways to engage, which can be the difference in a sale. When I moved to Tidio from what I was using previously, the difference was immense. This app has made it a really enjoyable experience to chat with our customers helping them with their purchase or just a general question. Having fast customer service is now becoming a key way to stand out from your competition. For those of us who have tons of customers, we can't always reply to messages instantly, so with Tidio you can setup bots to do the work for you. Great when scaling, as you can handle multiple chat requests all at once. If your not at that stage yet...... its still worth trying Tidio out.

Not even 5 hours with the app and I am compelled to write this review. I wish I installed this app yesterday because I just found out by communicating with my customers that shipping wasn't showing up for them. Long story short there was an error I was able to fix. Today this app saved me hundreds of dollars I was leaving on the table. This app is a must! You truly don't know what you don't know unless you're communicating with your customers. If you do not install this app I can confidently say YOU ARE LEAVING THOUSANDS ON THE TABLE!

My first experience with a bot system, but I am familiar to the concept and though it haas been a few days my impression is that this is a customer focused great app!
