Update: 10/12/22 I was charged $49.00 on Oct 9th even though Tidio assured me I would not be charged. I want my refund. Tidio ‑ Live Chat & Chatbots (Uninstalled 2 hours later) $49.00 Tidio Chat Automation: 2022-09-09 - 2022-10-09 Update: as of 9-23-2022 I have still not received a full refund as I was told by customer support when I cancelled within an hour of install because of misleading wording in pricing plans on Shopify compared to their website. Tidio ‑ Live Chat & Chatbots $49.00 Tidio Chat Automation: 2022-09-09 - 2022-10-09 I am very disappointed in this company. I had high hopes for this app. Installed it after viewing the details and pricing on both Shopify and Tidio.com and the pricing for the higher plan was $49.00 on Shopify and $39.00 on Tidio so after reading all the details I believed the higher price and plan meant I get all the features including the bots unlimited. After upgrading since there is no trial I was charged immediately and when I figured out that I would have to add the Communicator Plan as well for $19.00 more I requested a refund after only having it for a couple of hours and all I was told is to cancel and it will automatically end at the end of the billing cycle. THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! This is a bad business practice of bait and switch and I can't believer they allow it on the Shopify Marketplace.

Great app for live chat, their customer service is top notch. If you have any problem with the app, you can be sure they will give you a satisfactory answer in the best of their ability.

i have was having some problems with the chat not showing on my site Dominika came in and fixed everything for me, I can chat again with my customers. great app definitely recommend

A simpler and more effective way to reach your clients! Its a bit pricey, but you definitely get a lot of value from this service without a doubt in my mind!

The Tidio product is overall pretty good and we are happy with one day into it. However, prospective buyers should be aware that part of the offering that is promised under the Communicator Plan (the feature "view customer profile") is listed as available. But when a user clicks on this feature after licensing the use of the Communicator Plan at $20/month, the product displays a message "You will need Communicator Plan add-on to view Customer Profile". I queried support and they said it is not yet available so clearly that is misinformation, purposeful or otherwise. I suggested to their representative that this message should either be a 'coming soon' or not be displayed as part of Communicator Plan since it is not available currently under the plan and is misleading ... at best. Since the Communicator Plan is 1/3 of our subscription fee, I can only give Tidio a 3 of 5 at this time as a result of this misinformation. Which is sad because the actual product seems to work but if the information is inaccurate, that's a pretty big deal. Hopefully they will address this published misinformation regarding existing features of Communicator Plan and I can enthusiastically update this review to a 5 star at that time.

This app is crucial for us to engage customers on our website. It is easy to setup and the chat support for this app is great. This factor is important when considering what apps to on board to your website. The support is probably as important as the feature it has.

The Tidio Chat system has been great for our website, https://geojango.com Customers like the ability to instantly reach out about questions and we can quickly reach back to help in quickly closing a sale. The staff at Tidio has always been quick to help with questions. We are super pleased and recommend their app! We also like the way that we can add animated gifs in the chat and customize the colors. The workflows have been awesome! We figured out a way to block chats from locations that we are unable to service. That has been a great time saver. Just wish we could 'ban a visitor' very quickly. Currently, we have to dive into the Visitor Details 3 layers deep to ban someone that is trying to spam us. Hopefully, this will be available soon, otherwise all else is great!!!

Great tool for lead capture. I have used it for more than a year and it works like a magic. Increased my lead capture and conversion.
