Excellent and responsive customer service. I had an issue with my site associating with the wrong email. Arturo in live chat patiently and professionally assisted me in resolving the issue. I really appreciate a knowledgeable tech person and a resolution on the spot. In addition, the chatbot is quick to set up with many powerful features. I'm just getting into this App, but I like what I see so far!

Amazing customer support and by far the best chatbox and chatbot I have found. And you can use it on your mobile if you are not on your computer.

Everyone should have Tidio! I am not just saying this for no reason at all, it is a chat box that can be utilized any where you are. Even on your desktop! I had Tidio for my store last year then decided to try out the shopify inbox. However, that was a big mistake leaving Tidio as the shopify inbox is experiencing tech problems, and I was unable to communicate with my customers. Thus, I decided to give Tidio another try, and I am so grateful to be able to integrate them once again! My customer rep Martin, is amazing to work with, very knowledgable, and helpful to no end! He is so incredible, I hope he gets a raise! :) Because of his help, I am able to chat with my customers right from my desktop without a browser! How awesome is that!!?? I had some issues with app, but Jakub from the support team solved this for me instantly. Type of service you wish to get from the app, once you have problems, their support team has the power to resolve it right away.

This is a great app. Very easy to activate & use. The service is outstanding, fast, and friendly. In a sea of options, this is one of the very best.

It is pretty nice to have everything in one place. They kind of got me an email for my website and I'm adding everything else to be able to see messages together. And I now know that I can chat with my customer.

I installed this app on the trial version and completed the set up. Upon going live, I "used up" all of my chats as Tidio "contacted" every single customer that visited my site. Even though the only actual chats were the two that I did as test with myself. So, Tidio basically charge you for every website vistor that comes to your site regardless of whether the chat function is clicked and used. Of course, this information is not disclosed as part of the sign up for the monthly package. Seems very scammy.
