Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Haven't had the app long enough to start seeing a bunch of reviews rolling in, but based on the customer service from stamped.io, I'm feeling good! I spent a fair amount of time getting everything all customized and their support team was responsive helping me figure things out.

Fantastic customer service!! These guys helped us migrate from Yotpo to Stamped.io with ease. When I ran into something I was unable to do myself, they took over and completed the full migration for me! And they're always quick to respond to enquiries. I'm loving the service as well as the technology.

First time wetsuit wearer, it was fantastic. It was thermally protective in very cold waters (snow melt waterfall plunge pool) Excellent experience.

Great value, response team and high ROI

Very easy to use compared to other review apps. Our store sells high quantities of small products, so my only complaint is that we had to upgrade to the premium plan in order to be able to request reviews from the majority of our customers in a specific month.

The app could be a lot easier to use, the onboarding could be more seamless with default best practices, and the design could be made more modern, but the functionality and the customer service is top notch. Big improvement over the default Shopify reviews and I highly recommend it.

The Stamped team has the best customer service in the business. Highly recommend this app.

Better than the rest of review apps out there. Affordable and practical. Does what it says it does, and best of all no BS! Highly recommended app! Customer care is top notch!

We just added reviews to our website and everything went very smoothly with Stamped. The support was amazing.. always quick responses and helpful suggestions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a solid review app.

We've barely touched what this app can do, and it has already completely revolutionised our product reviews. If you can dedicate some real time to getting everything customised and optimised, this app will increase the quantity and quality of your product reviews tremendously, and even if you keep most settings at their defaults, it's designed so well that you'll still see massive improvements. It pays for itself through its built-in recommendations, so don't worry too much about the cost. It's worth it. And, importantly, the customer service is quick and friendly, which can make or break an app. Very highly recommended!

I have now used Stamped.io Product Reviews Addon for a few Shopify sites and am amazed at how incredibly flexible, responsive and diligent their support team is.
