This app is a big improvement on top of Shopify's Product Reviews app, so I highly recommend others to install it for more customization and functionality. I like the pre-designed widgets that you can easily add to your website. I had a small technical issue and the Stamped.io team was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry.

I use the free version to send product review request to client after an order has been fulfilled. Once it's properly configured, it does work pretty well and save me a lot of time chasing clients for product review. Furthermore, I like how helpful the customer service is when I need help. I had a few questions about how to import and display Shopify reviews in the APP, Ivan quickly helped me to solve the problem even I'm in free plan. Great APP and fantastic customer service!

I just launched my site recently and am still using the free option of this app. It seems to be working quite well! It was easy to set up and pretty user-friendly. I also got a quick response when I had a customer service question. I will probably upgrade to some of their paid services as my website grows. So far I would definitely recommend!

Stamped is the Product Reviews your store needs. So many amazing features (emailing customers after purchase, collecting quotes at checkout, Messenger Review option and more). I've had to use Support a few times for things I was not able to figure out myself and they are always responsive and friendly. If you're looking for a solution, I would start here.

We have just finished the setup process for Stamped.IO and while we initially had difficulty configuring the app on our own, we were delighted at the support teams timely responsiveness and help in making the app what we needed it to be. We have only set up the basic features so far, but are looking forward to seeing how the review collection process goes and hope to configure some of the additional bells and whistles like check-out comments in the future. Again, the support team has been awesome, but sometimes we felt like a nuisance (not because of them) with all of the questions and support tickets we send and would ideally like to be more self-sufficient with the onboarding process. We hope they'll continue to build their self-help and app user interface for more ease as they grow. Thanks for your help StampedIO and now that we're set up, let the reviews roll in :-)

This app is very versatile and has been a great help in providing social proof for our website. Tommy has been a great help on resolving all my issues and questions very quickly.
