So I probably should have spent the time earlier, but now that I have this app is fantastic, and so happy with all the extra's it does. Well worth the spend, and time to fully understand all it can do for you! Have had no issues, and they have always been more than helpful with any questions asked.

We only installed Stamped.io about 4 days ago, but so far so good. Adjusting the look and feel of the review request emails has been very easy, and I can't recall ever dealing with a more responsive and helpful app support staff. They've answered all my email questions within a few hours and ensured that our existing reviews were migrated over quickly and accurately.

The turnaround on the customer service questions is amazing! Do you guys ever sleep? The software is reasonably priced and makes getting reviews from customers a piece of cake! Worth every penny!

There are some great features and benefits and like anything you need to trial a product and see if it suits your needs and does what you expect and want it to do. What I like about this app is the developer support. They jump on an issue and are eager to address any questions or concerns. I will be recommending this app to my customers and happy to use on my own store not just because of the app itself but based on how eager the developer is to ensure your experience with the app is faultless and that it brings you the necessary gains you'd expect. There are other apps out there, but if your like the typical Shopify customer that needs some guidance, you wont be turned away when you ask questions so that alone rates 5 stars. Give it a try.
