Reviews for Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

We have been using Stamped for a couple of years now and all I can say is "WOW!!!" Customer service is fantastic and it has been such an easy way for our customers to share their love of our product. I researched other companies that were way more expensive, but what beyond the value was how responsive and wonderful Tommy and his team are. Highly recommend!

Great app good support and features

We at Leena Spices are very satisfied with Stamped and very happy with their personal support. Once we discovered this app we uninstalled the previous app that was far more expensive and ugly. Our website looks more elegant now and we are very confident that our conversion rate will increase.

Just installed it and it seemed to work good. Customer service was fast and responsive and instructions were clear and step by step. They also have a free plan if you're just starting out!

The best addition to my Shopify store! I have tried others, but after using Stamped.io, I can definitely say it's the best review app I've ever used. Awesome customer support as well. Love all the features! Absolutely helps with boosting my store's conversions. Would rate 1000 stars if I could! :D

I've used this app for a few years, and I've noticed how it really helps to get customers to follow through with a review since they can submit it right from their email. I recently updated my stores theme and support was really fast and helpful with updating some code issues that didn't transfer from the old theme to the new one correctly. This is a great add-on to the standard reviews functions in your store.

Been using Stamped for over 6-months after switching from a more expensive option and we love Stamped.io over here at Run Gum. The features you get for the price are incredible. And even more important for us is the support we get from their team! A+++++

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE LACK OF FAQ INFO THE ONLY APP THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY (ANY!!!) TUTORIALS FOR ITS FUNCTIONS. This may be a great app, but their FAQ pages suck sooooo much. Take a look at how they describe how to import reviews: "If your previous review provider is not mentioned, here's how you can prepare the CSV file and have your reviews imported to our app. Download CSV File Fill in the details of the reviews" THAT"S FUCKIN IT! In this CSV there are 12 columns and NO explanation given how to complete them properly. This is only one example. GUYS, SUCK IT UP AND WRITE DETAILED STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES FOR ALL STUFF

What is not written is that you can not translate the template with the Basic Plan. Very disappointing.

Since implementing Stamped, our level of customer engagement and visibility of fan interaction has increased in ways we never envisioned. Providing a lane for customers to share their experiences and feedback with our products and brand overall has been invaluable, and the app continues to improved. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

Fantastic app! And customer service from Rachelle has been excellent. Rachelle helped with the google Shopping integration and I look forward to seeing some great results. I have found the app very easy to use and navigate.

Phenomenal app and service. I switched to Stamped from YotPo and the integration has been an absolute breeze. The support team set the whole thing up overnight and imported all of the reviews from YotPo, including questions and answers. If you didn't know that there had been a change, I doubt you'd even notice.

Customer service is excellent, Rachelle gave me step by step instructions to get started and I've already started getting reviews. Highly recommend this app.
