TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE LACK OF FAQ INFO THE ONLY APP THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY (ANY!!!) TUTORIALS FOR ITS FUNCTIONS. This may be a great app, but their FAQ pages suck sooooo much. Take a look at how they describe how to import reviews: "If your previous review provider is not mentioned, here's how you can prepare the CSV file and have your reviews imported to our app. Download CSV File Fill in the details of the reviews" THAT"S FUCKIN IT! In this CSV there are 12 columns and NO explanation given how to complete them properly. This is only one example. GUYS, SUCK IT UP AND WRITE DETAILED STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES FOR ALL STUFF

Since implementing Stamped, our level of customer engagement and visibility of fan interaction has increased in ways we never envisioned. What is not written is that you can not translate the template with the Basic Plan. Very disappointing.

We have been using Stamped for a couple of years now and all I can say is "WOW!!!" Customer service is fantastic and it has been such an easy way for our customers to share their love of our product. I researched other companies that were way more expensive, but what beyond the value was how responsive and wonderful Tommy and his team are. Highly recommend!

This is a really great app! I haven't used it in it's entirety yet, but I can assure you that you will get the help you need if you run into any questions or challenges. Phenomenal app and service. I switched to Stamped from YotPo and the integration has been an absolute breeze. The support team set the whole thing up overnight and imported all of the reviews from YotPo, including questions and answers. If you didn't know that there had been a change, I doubt you'd even notice.

Customer service is excellent, Rachelle gave me step by step instructions to get started and I've already started getting reviews. Highly recommend this app.

I use this app for 6 of my shopify stores and had a small problem with setting up my last store. I contacted support via email and they got back to me within 5 minutes and had my problem resolved 15 minutes later. Great app that does everything you could possibly need for reviews and a great support team to back it up.

This app is pretty amazing. I've had more reviews come in over the course of a day than I have in the past few months. Stamped as a company is highly responsive and had been quite helpful. Very impressed!

I don't often leave reviews however I feel like I have to given the negative experience I have had with stamped. The customer service team stuffed up the migration of my account from a different platform and continue to deny any wrong doing- customers have been sent review emails from 2017 and with different settings that what I have customised. They quickly tried to hide the mistake however I have proof of the wrong emails from customers directly. It would have been much more professional to address the mistake so that a plan could be made going forward. As a business owener, I don't appreciate covering up errors being sent to my customers.

I can't praise this App enough. Support is amazing!! I have changed themes and still support has been fabulous. Reviews are essential and I moved from a much more expensive platform to now have more reviews of better quality with images too. Other review option are quite frankly a joke! Tommy even helping with speed optimisation. AWESOME support. Thank you. Update...as our site grows we are adding more apps and delighted to find so may integrate with Stamped, ignore the competition and Shopify option Stamped is a delight and key to our strategy.

Hands-down, best app ever. Support is very prompt and friendly which a huge plus. 100% recommended. :) Help center has also nearly all the available answers and guides. And.. Doesn't make the site clunky and slow. I'm in love with it!

Great pricing. Great app. We get multiple responses per day from support. We love photo reviews, coupons for customers who review, question and answer system and the Stamped.io admin section.
