Quick response time when I asked for help. Was a bit hard to figure out at first but just send them an email. Much easier and they're helpful! Love the format and layout! Thank you!

Apparently this app sends out review requests to your customers as soon as you install it and set it up. Before you're even ready for it. I already had another review app installed and only installed this one to check out its features. But It sent out all these review requests to my customers without me even knowing and I only found out after I uninstalled it, and started receiving ratings from customers. So I re-installed it to check the history, and guess what, as soon as I re-installed, the app started sending out review emails AGAIN by default. I didn't even ask for it to send. It just went ahead and sent on its own without me even touching anything. Definitely not the most user-friendly and intuitive app. Could not even find an option somewhere for me to pause or stop the emails. I could only select everything in the queue and archive them (even then I'm not sure if that's the right way to do it).

I've been using this app for quite some time. I have it in 3 of my shops. It generally works very well on its own, but if I ever run into an issue, they are super quick to respond, typically with a solution that has been immediately implemented. I highly recommend!!

I've used Stamped.io for a previous site and had such a good experience with their support and app, that I am back again! Ivan has been very responsive in helping me to get our historical reviews all ready to go so we can start populating our site. These guys really know support and it hasn't slipped one bit since I last used it - THIS is how it should be done (other app developers take note!) As for the app, it's easy to use, and much more cost effective than the competitors. If you have any doubts about trying Stamped.io, then don't! They've got you covered.

This app handles our reviews and has been so helpful! For everything they do and how good it looks, it's an amazing value and has saved us a lot of time! I recommend this to any growing businesses that rely on social proof to drive sales!

Loving this app so far, wish I had more time to explore its full potential but the automated reminders to customers has been a lifesaver and helped to get reviews onto the site rather than just emails back to our inbox

When you use the free plan, this app can send a review request one year after purchase which made some of our clients confused. There is no point sending automatic emails so long after and there should be away to define that it won't be done automatically.

I shopped around and tried other review systems, this is the best one that is all encompassing and allows you to adjust and grow with your business. Other apps seem to only offer one or two aspects. I have also found the support to be extremely helpful AND fast (the best turn around time compared to other apps we use.) Timing is key to me as any time lost could be money lost. As a small business, I highly recommend this app.

So I probably should have spent the time earlier, but now that I have this app is fantastic, and so happy with all the extra's it does. Well worth the spend, and time to fully understand all it can do for you! Have had no issues, and they have always been more than helpful with any questions asked.

This app has all the best tools needed to be successful. Simply put, it is one of the best I have used!! What is better than the app is the service behind it. We only installed Stamped.io about 4 days ago, but so far so good. Adjusting the look and feel of the review request emails has been very easy, and I can't recall ever dealing with a more responsive and helpful app support staff. They've answered all my email questions within a few hours and ensured that our existing reviews were migrated over quickly and accurately.
