The app could be a lot easier to use, the onboarding could be more seamless with default best practices, and the design could be made more modern, but the functionality and the customer service is top notch. Big improvement over the default Shopify reviews and I highly recommend it.

We've barely touched what this app can do, and it has already completely revolutionised our product reviews. If you can dedicate some real time to getting everything customised and optimised, this app will increase the quantity and quality of your product reviews tremendously, and even if you keep most settings at their defaults, it's designed so well that you'll still see massive improvements. It pays for itself through its built-in recommendations, so don't worry too much about the cost. It's worth it. And, importantly, the customer service is quick and friendly, which can make or break an app. Very highly recommended!

I have now used Stamped.io Product Reviews Addon for a few Shopify sites and am amazed at how incredibly flexible, responsive and diligent their support team is. The app works beautifully, it has many more features than the free app developed by Shopify. The BEST REVIEW APP for your shop. Yes, we tried quite a few until we finally found Stamped.io The support is amazing and the app is so well designed. It has made a huge difference in our shop and I know it has helped increase conversion. Thank you for an awesome app and top notch customer support! PS: I forgot to add. We actually get reviews now! With the other apps we tried, reviews were basically non-existent. Now we get reviews and picture reviews too. We are very happy with it. If I could give a 10 star review I would! Needed help installing the snippets to take advantage of the new features and after I asked; my requests were taken care of immediately and very easily. PLUS the app does very cool things- my fav is the facebook review integration on our business facebook page- very sharp! def recommend for any store that wants to showcase good reviews and foster customer interaction.

Not able to login in, even after getting password from them. App is useless

We tried using generic review apps as well as other paid review apps and without a doubt this is the best route to take. All of the functions are phenomenal and easy to work with on the backend, look amazing on the frontend, and their support team is absolutely amazing!
